append aggregated strata activation rate to strata overall table #7

Currently aggregated strata activation rates/rps are a separate gt() table. So want to append it to the overall strata table. A little tricky because it should have different number of columns technically...

will just try appending and coloring

Done with : 9e3c2194e5afdc8b92a0d16f5cd159de14af17ca and subsequent 2 commits on same branch for bug fixing.

Needs refactoring, but is satisfactory to close here and open new later
