The points below should improve stability, security and overall efficiency in the development process:

[ ] Find a common file structure for organizing the actions that should be the same across all of our modules
[ ] Separating actions that are overriding CKAN core actions from new HDX actions
[ ] Check if they need corresponding authorization functions
[ ] Making sure actions are tested ( since they're available to the outside world )
