Distance between title and plot. Might be worth adjusting our margins between plot and title/subtitle. In other plots, we use an empty subtitle = "" to create distance, so if we adjust anything in theme_signals.R we should make sure the plots for other indicators aren't similarly affected. Probably best practices to get rid of subtitle = "" in all instances anyway, and just use margins officially.
Same issue of distance between the captions and the plot.
Sizing of the plot when saved out. The plot sizing works well when we have full 5 years of historical data, but for these earlier campaigns the sizing doesn't look great. So, in case we get new countries added and monitored to ASAP, the height of the plot should be dynamic. Maybe we just specify width = x and allow height to adjust itself.
