Update to new `idmc` and `Ripc` packages with capsule #22

Once the idmc package is released (Ripc has just been released), we can update the lock file in PR #19.

No longer going to move to {capsule} as the package is not following best practices. However, will explore just having an install script and caching functionality to try and move away from the renv.

Currently going to keep using {renv} as they provide the best caching functionality out of the box and given the purpose of the repo is to setup sustainable remote machine running, I think it's worth it for now despite the pain it causes.
