Hi Tinka,

I implemented the rolling average for WHO data to deal with the jumps the we have seen in DRC.

Can you have a look and maybe try to rerun the DRC simulation?

Looks good, just added a comment of why we might want to smooth Plus WHO covid columnnames were changed overnight so reflected those changes in the script
