4 years ago - Added a config file template for use when adding new countries
- Filled it with guiding comments (except for the COVID part) During this exercise I also addressed a couple of other issues:
- Grouped together the vulnerability config parameters
- Tweaked the IPC method to give better warning with respect to admin regions with "Urban" in their name
- Added an IPC replacement string to Afghanistan
