@milanoleonardo Goal: to make graph output of Generate_graph.py immediately compatible with Bucky requirements. Changes based on APL scripts that was used for conversion.

Output graphs should only have differences due to difference in order of computation of different variables, plus removal of a few variables that are not longer used in the Bucky model
