Climate Data Store class #83

We are downloading and processing several datasets from the Copernicus's Climate Data Store (CDS). Currently these are the GloFas data and ECMWF's monthly precipitation forecasts. These classes share a lot of functionalities, and hence it would be cleaner to make a separate CDS class, which can then be called upon for GloFas, ECMWF and in the future other datasets.
