WG web page on INCF webspace #6

The web page is currently a WIP. Opening a ticket to track its progress.

What's the URL of this website? I imagine it's not cnsorg.org?

No, I think this is meant to be on the INCF website under their Working Groups section. @malinINCF said this was being worked on and should be up soon.

The page is in the works still, it got caught in a general update of all working group pages, but should be out soon!
