Tracker ticket for all our tasks related to the CNS*2022 satellite tutorials. All tickets related to them should block this one.

Folks, the current time slot we've come up with for the satellite tutorials is 27th June-1st July. Hopefully this is a large enough slot to work for everyone. If it doesn't, please do let us know and we'll see what we can do.

These tutorials will be online, and as far as i know they will be free for all to attend. We will set up a Google form (or something similar) to collect e-mail addresses for those that want to attend so that they can be sent updates/links etc. and we'll encourage folks to join the WG and our mailing list etc.
