Is this meant to be a blog post or a static page @appukuttan-shailesh ? I think we'll need a static page that we'll update as we get more information and we can add blog posts for particular announcements? (Basically similar to how folks organise their workshops---one page for the workshop with all the necessary info there)?

Ah I just intended it as a regular post to have the preliminary info available online. But sure we can do as you proposed. Where do you plan to add the link to it on the website?

(will let someone else step in; not sure will be able to work on this in the coming days)

Probably just on the main landing page so it's easy to find, and then we can remove it later after the tutorials are done?
