Update group_name to use cf_pi annotation #5

The cf_project_id annotation used is simply a number; this makes the group_name legible.

@tzumainn I suspect this will have to do as we are modeling openshift as an HPC cluster and within xdmod there is no notion of a project as their supported HPC clusters don't have a notion of a project.

If we continue to use xdmod, we may want to either add a project or even a meta project that crosses resource boundaries - but that is well beyond the scope of what we are doing currently.
