...just to get rid of the second feature branch. And to keep it up-to-date with master (because we usually need both, extractor and mrcnn CLIs).

@wrznr if you have a better idea how we can get back to a single maskrcnn-cli branch up-to-date with master but without having to revisit all changes already approved in master, please let me know.
