Move data to dir #33

@paulpestov has suggested that we move to the data to a separate directory. This PR adds the data directory which holds all JSON files that are created. Furthermore, the following improvements have been included:

fixed a but in the Makefile that resulted from renaming the application
added a make target for the releases
