Make Processing Servers available #135

The webapi currently only offers ocrd-dummy: http://141.5.99.53:5050/processor/. My goal is to make at least ocrd-minimum processors available as processing servers.

we decided to change the implementation, we want to implement the processing broker. So this is obsolete now
