Draft concept for regular benchmarking runs #145

The benchmark workflows should run regularly so that we can figure out if the processors get better or worse.

With this ticket, a concept for such regular runs is developed which includes the following information:

how often is the process run?
where is it run?
how can we depict the changes in time in a performant way / without blowing up the JSON file too much?
where is the data (i.e. the zipped workspaces) stored?
