We need a python update, to make ocr-d work with ubuntu 20. Currently it is not installable under ubuntu 20.
But tensorflow needs the old python version.
Possible solution:
individual installation packages for individual operating systems (versions)
then user needs to be informed that the newer version is not "is no longer supported for operating system xy"
