Make product visible on OCR-D website

Current situation A user visiting the OCR-D website doesn't know what our long term supported product will be.

How it should be Users should easily find information on the OCR-D website which parts of the software will be maintained in the long run.

Steps

• [ ] think about where to put this info on the page
• [ ] write/create a text about this topic
• [ ] publish it on the website

• https://ocr-d.de/en/about.html
• maybe add a new section "Continuation" or the like?
• probably the workflows have to be adjusted, too, to reflect that some of the processors suggested there will not be maintained. we should also mark the ones which will be/have already been archived
