Implements non-flat directory structures and closes #240. This necessitates rewriting the OCR4all interface to send correct requests.
Adds the ability to open ocr-d mets.xml in library view. Selecting image variants is now also supported.

Branch can now be merged without conflicts, but this should only be done when the corresponding changes to the ocr4all interface have been implemented to ocr4all/dev.
