Install.sh issue with PERL modules #378

Trying to install on Ubuntu and am having a huge issue with it because of an issue I cannot seam to figure out. Below is what it is telling me and yet I have no idea what to do about it.

@jessetechno just use this tutorial for install perl modules: https://blog.eldernode.com/install-perl-modules-on-ubuntu/ and see the requirements
