Instalator elevation #7

Packages created using OCS Packager have no "run as administrator" flag set - so if I try simply running them, nothing happens. I have to right click on OCS package and select "run as administrator" to install such package. Please set the created packages to have "run as administrator" by default.

PR #8 has been merged and fix the instalator elevation.
