Video card don't display correct informations #131

It's hard to solve a problem when important details are missing, that why we added this template, to help you and us.

General information

Operating system : windows 10 pro

OCS Inventory information

Windows agent version : 2.4

Problem's description

In inventory, I get on my geforce 1080 only 4Go of memory. This have 8Go (verify by CPU-Z).

I have 3 screen with differents resolutions :

In video card resolution, I get 1280x1024. It will better to take the resolution from the main screen.

Inventory log file ( optional )

Use github cloud or trusted upload website

I`ve been going on the same bug as above, down is my computer Specs.

OS : windows 10 Enterprise

OCS Inventory information Windows agent version : 2.7

Problem's description In inventory, I get on my RX Series 580 only 4GB of memory. This have 8GB (verify by CPU-Z).

I have 2 screen with differents resolutions :

Main is first is 2560x1080 and 2nd are in 1920x1080

I'm happy to give any other informations.

The problem still exists in 2024 with Windows agent version : 2.10.1.0.
