Components and exception handling

• Add a service for analyzing a single observation
• Add an exception for when an annotation is not mapped

Good point, Aaron. I'll leave it as is for now, but you are right that it will morph as we start using components in our analysis. For now, I'm simply recording the information when gathering stats from sandboxes so that once we have access to real data we can get an idea of how often components are used and in which scenarios.
