Map out/review the civic landscape of Hong Kong and consider which actors would be most suitable to approach w.r.t publishing and hosting their data on the platform.

The Hong Kong Council for Social Services (HKCSS) has an index of listed charities and NGOs. Would be good to review how exhausted their work is and see whether they can be pursuaded to publish it as open data so initaitives like ours can build on top of it.

Please partner with Ronald Yick [ronaldyick AT gmail.com] as he already has knowledge about the civic sector.

Hi @muddaymoos , I've completed a first draft of the project outline #1 , so feel free to use it to frame your ecosystem review. In particular have a look at the pilot cases examples, as they are good examples of organisations which might not even know they have a dataset, and let alone figure that it might greatly aid their cause if it was public.
