Add StreamWatch Schools logo to the header #644

@aufdenkampe Requested as Task 1 of the StreamWatch enhancements amendment.

Addition of the StreamWatch Schools logo at the header and program section of the MonMW home page as well as in the program section on the sampling site information pages.

@aufdenkampe, I added the logo to the banner on the home page in commit 0563d58.

Can you clarify where on the site 'as well as in the program section on the sampling site information pages' refers to?

I connected with @aufdenkampe via teams and we identified the two additional locations to update the StreamWatch schools logo. Commit 0390f0b makes those updates.
