Addressing #157. Went over code in Examples folder to check its currency and relevance.

Removed two old and no longer useful or relevant examples
Added new example notebook (ODM2_Example3.ipynb from Nov 2017 BiGCZ workshop, updated and polished) and associated SQLite ODM2 database with measurement results, plus a conda environment file for this notebook
