Intended Time Spacing: Hour Minute? #64

It's unclear to me how to use the "hour minute" unit of the intended time spacing. Should this be formatted as hh:mm?

@AmberSJones @horsburgh This is just pulling the list of time units from the odm2 database. So I'm entirely sure how to handle it, especially since Intended Time Spacing is an integer value. I do understand the confusion though.

So then shouldn't a user be able to select either "Hour" or "Minute"? Not both of them on the same line?
