This pull request includes the following:

A new version of the time series template (0.3.2)
A reorganization of the time series examples
A new example for the new time series template.

The new template includes the following changes:

Removed all worksheets not being used
Cleaned up extra cells and columns that are not needed now that we are not generating YODA files directly from Excel
Modified code to retrieve CVs for cross platform compatibility (still doesn’t work on Mac Excel 2016)
Verified all columns/attributes with ODM2 information model
Verified all named ranges and tables
Verified all conditional formatting
Probably some other stuff I’m forgetting

@cdesyoun - can you test the Excel template example in this pull request at:

If you see any issues let me know. Otherwise I will merge this pull request.

@horsburgh you have cleaned up lots of entity number info and mainly changed "samplingfeatures", "data clomuns" and "processing level" sheets. Based on that, my codes are updated. And just in case, I did versioning like you on the github, https://github.com/ODM2/YODA-Tools/tree/master/yodatool/generate/timeseries. It looks great!
