Export of charge (device battery) 8061 is not matching the main illustration image #16

In the latest September update, the export of 8061 does not match an image in the .dat file. The exported DB does not appear to contain any media for this sign at all, since select * from videos where word_id=8061; yields no results. This may be an issue splitting the gloss (charge-2:8061) to find the word ID.

After some investigation, the filename for this sign did not include the extension (.png), which we use to detect images vs videos, since Signbank mixes all media in one relation.

Updating the filename of the illustration to include .png should resolve this issue in the next export (10/2023)
