rider_trip.txt --> change table name to ride.txt? #21

Renaming rider_trip.txt to ride.txt may prevent people from confusing this data with vehicle trips.

Do you feel there the description of this file and/or its fields in the standard needs clarification? We were trying to make an association with a particular instance of a trip (or "journey") performed by a specific rider, not a specific vehicle (although, likely on one or a series of specific vehicles). I know "trip" has a specific meaning in the industry. Would "journey" (e.g., _riderjourney.txt) be a more precise or less confusing way of naming this?

I don't have a sense if there is a consensus on this issue or not. Again, I think a pull request would be the best way to gauge support for this proposed change.
