Review pros/cons of moving aspects of TNA tool to the cloud? Create brief summary. [Trillium is the logical lead on this activity] Costs, fixed, ongoing? Benefits - performance, stability, etc? Impact on third parties wishing to create TNA tool instance?

OSU will check with their IT support about allowing outside people access.

Sometimes there is a "DMZ" partition of a network for cases like these where services are co-managed by two agencies.

OSU is likely more affordable for hosting, but if there is a high administrative overhead that may make Trillium hosting more appealing.

@pouyalireza @srinivas13794 @BenFields724 I'm going to need your help to diagnose the installation. I sent you an email asking for ssh keys.

Here is the URL to test the new installation. It's not working yet.

Checked with David Porter about getting access to tnasoftwaretool server backups so I can compare to my installation.
