SeaLion Mission Architecture - ground station & flight software architecture for the joint CubeSat mission between Old Dominion University & Coast Guard Academy
The sealion-mission-architecture seems like a more appropriate name for the repo, such that the main page would be https://odu-cga-cubesat.github.io/sealion-mission-architecture. Rationale being that Sealion should be included in the name and the ConOps is merely a view of the architecture.
Closing of this ticket will entail:

[ ] updating repo name in README.adoc
[ ] updating repo name in MAINTAINERS.adoc
[ ] updating repo name in CONTRIBUTORS.adoc (this applies to #28 )
