specify sealion-power-module subcomponents #176

i.e., sub-components directly owned by the sealion-power-module should be specified as per DOF-Component definition

Each sealion-power-module subcomponent should:

[ ] subside in the components/sealion-cubesat/components/sealion-power-module/components directory
[ ] each component should have a package.json, specifying at minimum:
- [ ] name, styled as dash-separated-lower-case
- [ ] description
- [ ] version number
