add assembly steps for sealion-cubesat #188

This can be implemented as an assemblySteps.yaml under the sealion-cubesat directory consisting of ActivityStep elements

An integration document can be generated using a liquid template.

This issue entails including assemblySteps.yaml files for following subcomponents:

[ ] sealion-structure
[ ] sealion-power-module
[ ] sealion-communication-module
[ ] sealion-obc
[ ] sealion-odu-payload
[ ] sealion-cga-payload
