Reviewer 1: How adaptable would the docs-as-code format be with SysML V2 or the other modeling languages?

Sean: SysML V1 XMI is a file-based interchange but can only handle graphical views and not textual views.

Reviewer 2: The paper mainly focused on the case presentation but missed the discussion part. It is primarily related to how the utilized approach helps better understand and analyze the stakeholder needs and requirements. In my opinion, this should be added.

Not sure what section to address this. Perhaps there needs to be a "Future work" section mentioning the need for development of the dof-cubesat data model and training material

Also not sure what section to address this, as exploring the risks/weaknesses assumes the entire team is onboard/adopted/actively-using the approach. At the time of writing, only a few members of the team (namely the authors) have been brought up to speed with the approach. In addition, the training material, which depends on a fully defined spec of dof-cubesat, would need to be in place in order to effectively guide teams adopting the approach before any such assessment of its risks/weaknesses can be addressed.
