Modify the Reference Services https://www.odata.org/odata-services/ for TripPin(read/write) to be: https://services.odata.org/V4/TripPinServiceRW instead of: https://services.odata.org/TripPinRESTierService

The url: https://services.odata.org/TripPinRESTierService, cause errors when used with Simple.Client.Odata as described here

Also, the tutorial use /v4/ service.
