Fix accessibility zoom issue for advanced tutorial page #346

Bug: Low vision users are observed that the, when browser zoom is set to 200%, Advanced Tutorial Page content is getting cropped.

Also fixed some of the html issues in the code and formatted the page.

Probably not in scope could we check what the behavior of the affixed nav looks like when fully zoomed in does (not sure if the css breakpoints and JS may affect some of the tab behavior).
