A couple easy-to-backport CVEs. Nothing critical and kernel build.

CVE-2019-11479 CVE-2019-11486 CVE-2019-11810 CVE-2019-11833 CVE-2019-11884

Tried to backport patches for CVE-2019-11487 and CVE-2019-11599, but mm/gup.c contains some Nvidia changes that is not merged in upstream, and drivers/android/binder.c is very different compare to 4.9.y upstream to avoid breaking things I skipped those two.
