Would it be better to wait on this until we have op-tee building from sources as well, then using generic names for the packages that can be either prebuilt or built from source?

Agree, Let's wait to have the right recipes to build OPTEE (OS, Client and Test) from source and I will update this PR

I'm gonna drop this PR. I will new push new PR once we are able to build OPTEE (OS, Client, Test) from source
