repos: update meta-mender-community meta-tegra-community #238

  1. The mender-custom-flash-layout recipe in meta-mender-community/meta-mender-tegra hasn't been cleaned up for kirkstone yet. We don't need it right now, I guess, but we'll need it before we pull in the 32.7.3 update.
  2. Should be also switch to the kirkstone branch in meta-mender-community, instead of using kirkstone-next? If so, then a .gitmodules update for that would be good to have here, too.

Yes, I planned to address that one as a new PR when we merge in the 32.7.3 update but can do that with this one if you prefer.
