Backport fix glibc conflict in container

Sorry, but this repo exists for testing the OE4T meta-tegra layer, not someone's fork of it. If the container passthrough mechanism is needed for R32.7.x, a PR should be opened in meta-tegra with the proposed changes.

This was opened by mistake. I am working on some changes which still need testing.
