swupdate-image-tegra: Add swupdate demo #293

Building off the work at [1] (based on the original implementation referenced in [2]) and the proposal for meta-swupdate-boards discussed at [3], add the swupdate example to tegra-demo-distro instead as discussed in [4].

Tested on xavier-nx-devkit-emmc successfully. I've previously tested on orin nano successfully in https://github.com/Trellis-Logic/meta-swupdate-boards/pull/1 so I believe that platform should be working as well.

Let me know if you have any other suggestions about how I've integrated with the demo distro.
