Provide out-of-the-box subtheme #14

Going through the process of creating another subtheme is cumbersome. Explore the idea of providing a barebone subtheme, e.g.: nihod5__subtheme ready for installation along with this project

Subtheme created and added to repository as .zip file. User will have to cut the subtheme out of its parent's directory and paste it in Drupal's theme directory.

This solution needs to be worked on: the problem is that the subtheme folder will always be present in the parent theme directory upon every new release -- thus the user's parent theme will always be bloated. New solution in #30.
