Remove CSS and JS snippets from components documentation #16

Centralize CSS and JS to support certain components on NIHOD theme.

This avoid the need for devs to copy/paste the snippet to get the component to work.

Consider keeping the snippet as expand/collapse section (for uses cases outside of Drupal).
