Simple, automatize the data collection mechanism either through Cron or Schedule Task.

Currently data collection is manual, run through the \__extra\stats_reporter\runner.bat file.

This has been taken care through a scheduled task on the server. Settings:

The file that is being run is found under \__extra\stats_reporter\runner.bat. This location also stores the data files.
