It's about time to create a Wiki for project maintainers.

In the wiki we will describe how to maintain and contribute to the repository.

A rudimentary Wiki is put in place at https://github.com/OER-WEB-TEAM/design-system--drupal-theme/wiki This will be maintained over time.
