This error occurred when I downloaded using the pip command, I also followed his tips to download Microsoft c + + Build Tools why I still report the same error 01VZ74C)_$_5_HBN}5KH 74

@chenpinganshiiwo Hi,I met the same problem as you. After installing Microsoft c + + Build Tools, I am able to run Chinese-clip successfully. Here ars some suggestions: 1.Make sure you download the installation package. 2.Run the installer, and there will be a display screen with multiple "workloads". Select C++ build tools. After C++ build tools is selected, the components contained in the workload are displayed on the right. 3. Make sure the following two items are selected: "MSVC v142 - VS 2019 C++ x64/x86 build tools" and "Windows 10 SDK(or win11)". Wish you can success!
