Dataset download is too slow #359

Hi, I want to evaluate pretrained model on VQA, however, it is too slow (about 30KB~100KB/s) to download dataset. Is there any alternative link?

I guess it's a temporal issue. After a few hours, it got much faster to 9MB/s.
