Cannot connect to server! (FTP) #35

I installed Online-FTP-S3 on my hosting, start page worked fine, but the FTP connection does not work. How can I enable logging to understand what is wrong with me?

storage / logs - the directory is empty, there are no logs.

When I try to connect to the FTP server, I get the message "Cannot connect to server error!"

npm -v 6.5.0 php -v 7.0.33 node -v 8.4.0

Updated PHP version to 7.4.14 and FTP connection worked.
