How to disable switch if cookie required? #102

The switch is already disabled if the cookie group is required: https://github.com/OFFLINE-GmbH/oc-gdpr-plugin/blob/df81e423ca8b9fca03ad2fd899950370a4823bf8/components/cookiemanager/toggle.htm#L7

It must be always check in this case, otherwise it would not be activated.
